ત્યાર બાદ વિદ્યાર્થિની બધીજ માહિતી જોવા મળશે.. 

જેમાં  અધુરી માહિતી ભરીને  પોઈન્ટ નંબર ૩૧ માં "Yes " કરવું અને પોઈન્ટ નંબર ૩૨ માં રીપીટર સિલેક્ટ કરવું અને ટકાવારી માં ઝીરો કરવું.

Under which the information of students studying in Std. 1 to 8 from the year 2016-17 and all the students studying in Std. 6 to 12 from the year 2016-17 through Aadhaar Able Dias Portal should get true, accurate, error free, real time and up-to-date information from school level. For that purpose online entry / updation / tracking operation is successfully done every year from school level. This year, under 2071, the latest information including the names of the students studying in Std. 1 to 12 has to be prepared.

Web / Mobile applications such as Online Attendance System, School Monitoring App (CRC-BRC), WSDP, Divyaan-App, G-shala App, Mindsparks, Transportation System, Gunotsav, Mission Vidya, CQube Application, Leaving School. Adhar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) for re-enrollment of outgoing students, assistance to disabled students, grant of scholarships, SARAL App, Std-5 Diagnostic Test, Periodical Assessment Test (PAT), online entry of subject wise marks as per semester. The web / mobile applications of the department such as Digital Gujarat Portal, III Admission, State Examination Board, and CMdashboard Portal launched by Hon'ble Chief Minister provide the required student data through Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking Systern (CTS) due to which Adhaar Enabled The DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) application has been successful.

Further, the Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) application of the newly admitted students in Std-1 from 2021-2 this year will be linked with the birth registration application. In order to make online entry of students newly admitted in Std-1 in Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) application, a Birth Certificate must be kept. In order to make online entry of a child, according to the birth certificate, first the district, taluka and village / city in which the child was born has to be selected. Then the child's birth registration number (Regitration No) has to be entered. Or enter the child's birth certificate number (Certificate No). So that the data from the birth registration application cannot be found and corrected in such a way that the child's name, father's name, mother's name, gender, date of birth, birth registration number and birth certificate number will be automatically entered in the field of CTS. If this data is improved then the field entry of CTS can be modified and the online entry can be completed.

Schools run by Gujarat Board (Government / Granted / Non-Granted Ashram etc.) and affiliated to other Boards (Central / SainikRailway etc.) as per the year 2021-2 All schools in the State have schools under Aadhaar and Able Dias for students studying in Std. 1 to 12. The following are the main functions at the level. like

(1) The entry of the newly admitted students in Std-1 has to be done as mentioned above, (2) The information of the students registered in the year 2020-21 has to be updated for the year 2021-1.

(2) Obtained information of Std. 1 to 12 students from other schools in the year 2021-7 in Std.

The standard will have to be tracked while studying.

= (4) Students who have gone from Std-9 to Std-9, from Std-9 to Std-9 and from Std-10 to Std-11 are also enrolled in the same school or other school from which school the child is going Will have to be done.

(5) If a child of Std-9 and Std-10 who has gone for study in Vocational Education, ITI etc. instead of enrolling in another school from that school, the Remarks Call 3/5 of the online update has to be shown and if he has dropped out, the reason has to be given.
