LTC અંગે કેટલીક જાણવા જેવી માહિતી 

LTC

🛣️ હાલ ૨૦૨૦-૨૩ બ્લોક ચાલુ છે, જે ૩૧/૧૨/૨૩ સુધી ચાલશે, ૧/૧/૨૪ થી ઓટોમેટીક નવો ૨૦૨૪-૨૭ બ્લોક ચાલુ થઈ જશે.

🛤️ જો 🚆 રેલ્વેમાં મુસાફરી કરો છો તો થ્રી ટીઅર એસીની ટિકિટના નાણા મળવા પાત્ર છે.

જો 🚌સરકારી બસમાં મુસાફરી કરો છો તો સરકારી બસ ની ટિકિટ મુજબ ભાડું મળશે.

✈️જો વિમાનમાં મુસાફરી કરો તો પણ થ્રી ટીયર એસીનું ભાડું મળવાપાત્ર છે જેના માટે રેલવેની વેબસાઈટ પરથી ફેરચાર્ટ ડાઉનલોડ કરી કિલોમીટર મુજબ ભાડુ તપાસી ભાડું આકારી શકાય, બિલમાં એર ટીકીટ મુકવી ફરજીયાત છે.

🚢 જ્યાં રેલવે જતી નથી અને ફરજિયાત સ્ટીમર કે હોડીમાં જવું પડે છે તો તે ટિકિટ મુજબ ભાડું મળવા પાત્ર છે.

🚎 એલટીસી માન્ય ટ્રાવેલ્સમાં જાઓ તો પણ રેલ્વે થ્રી ટીયર એસીનું ભાડું જ મળવા પાત્ર છે કારણ કે ટ્રાવેલ્સ જમવા-રહેવાના રૂમનું ભાડું ગણતા હોય છે જે મળવા પાત્ર નથી.

📆 જો વેકેશનમાં અથવા તો રજામાં પ્રવાસ કરો છો તો કોઈપણ જાતની રજા કપાતી નથી પરંતુ એલટીસી લાભ લીધા બાબતની નોંધ સેવાપોથીમાં થાય છે.

🛤️એલટીસી પ્રવાસ વધુમાં વધુ 3000 Up + 3000 Down એમ કુલ 6000 કિલોમીટર કરી શકાય છે.

💵એલટીસી રજા હેઠળ રજા રોકડનો દસ દિવસનો અલગ પગાર મળવાપાત્ર છે, જેમાં હાલ છઠ્ઠા પગાર પંચના બેઝિક અને તેના પર ૨૦૩% મોંઘવારી મુજબ દિન ૧૦ નો પગાર મળવા પાત્ર છે, 

🧑🏻‍🏫👩🏻‍🏫 જો પતિ અને પત્ની બંને કર્મચારી હોય તો બંને એકસાથે એલટીસીનો લાભ લઈ શકે છે, જેમાં બંનેમાંથી એક કર્મચારી પ્રવાસ ભથ્થાનું બિલ આકારી શકે છે, જ્યારે પતિ પત્ની બંને દિન ૧૦ રજા રોકડ બિલ આકારી શકે છે.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👵🏻👴🏻 એલટીસીમાં કુટુંબની વ્યાખ્યામાં માતા-પિતા, પતિ પત્ની ૧૮ વર્ષથી નાની ઉંમરના સંતાનો અને ઉંમરબાદ વિનાના દિવ્યાંગ પુત્ર પુત્રીનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

Pagar Bill

When creating a pay bill, you have to create a payroll with updated information every month. If the teacher is present during the full month of his duty, he has to make full salary. In which deduction also has to be done as per rules.

> CPF: - Salary + 10% of inflation

GPF: - Minimum 10% of salary

Regular teacher establishment salary and first hire

Insurance is deducted at the rate of Rs. 100 per grade, Rs. Will be written. Also declining in second higher grade arrears

It is mandatory to deduct the sum insured.

Pagar Bill

Deductions are to be made in deducting the teachers' GPF / CPF sum insured from the salary, then from the next month's salary bill as per the rules.

> When Vidya Sahayak is included in the regular establishment, the salary bill includes 1/4 of the salary for the financial year. 100 / - to be deducted but if it comes before the end of the financial year then the compulsory sum assured has to be deducted at Rs. Salary Bill Ta.
